We sell digital products (software license keys), which are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund and return policy is limited as described below.
2. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on our website are digital license keys delivered via email or on-screen delivery.
Once a key has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be physically returned.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
- The license key is invalid
- The license key cannot be activated
- The product delivered is different from what was purchased
- A replacement key cannot be provided
4. Replacement Policy
If your key does not work:
- You must contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide proof of activation error (screenshot or message)
- We will verify the issue
- A replacement key will be issued if the problem is confirmed
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- You purchased the wrong version (Windows 10 vs Windows 11)
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Your system does not meet software requirements
- You do not know how to install or activate the product
- Antivirus or firewall blocking activation
- Delay in contacting support beyond 7 days
- Key already activated successfully
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, customers must contact our support team.
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support may result in:
- License suspension
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Reporting of fraudulent activity
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method via Cashfree payment gateway.
